A true workhorse, the CF516. For flat, incline, and decline dumbbell workouts, the bench may be used alone. It can also be utilised with the robust free-standing squat stands. Additionally, the bench has Leg Curl/Extension and Preacher Curl Pad as basic features that may be quickly altered.
