This power rack is great even at first glance. It has a quality and costly feel due to the powder-coated finish on the robust, sturdy steel frame. You have a wide range of options for mounting the bar handles and safety bars since each of the frame's four pillars has holes from top to bottom.

LARGE VARIETY
A 7-foot barbell may be supported by the power rack once you've decided where to position the bar handles. For squats, raise the handles; for chest press, lower them. For workouts like the barbell shoulder press, you may even place them outside the frame. With the landmine attachment, you have a lot more options for workouts like the bent-over row, single-arm shoulder press, and barbell squats.
