The cardiostrong FX70 Elliptical Cross Trainer is ideal for use at home and features adjustable inclination functionality so you can choose the level of difficulty of your workouts.

5 ACCELERATING OPTIONS
A movable frame with 5 different inclination possibilities is a characteristic of the FX70. The machine's handle, which is located at the bottom between the pedals, allows for simple slope adjustment.

EASILY ADJUSTABLE
The advantage of being able to change the inclination is that it allows you to build your gluteal muscles, which are found in your thighs. This enables you to concentrate on the important areas you wish to work on, depending on your training regimen or objectives.

PRIME QUALITY
Durability is ensured by the high-quality ball bearing joints, and the FX70's action is incredibly smooth due to the joint-gentle functioning. The trainer is durable and steady to run on thanks to the rail system, which is built of premium aluminium. This enables you to jog or even run with the assurance that the trainer will be able to handle the demands you place on it every day. A natural and comfortable running posture may be maintained throughout your workout with just 9 cm between the pedals.

A central knob located at the bottom of the display controls the crystal-clear, user-friendly blue backlit LCD display.

LARGE VARIETY
The console has 32 resistance levels and 19 difficult training programmes, providing a tonne of variety and options for everyone. You can keep an eye on your real-time training statistics, including speed, calorie burn, pulse, and watts.

BENEFITS
The on-board exercises you may do include an interval training programme and a watt programme, which may provide you with additional motivation to challenge yourself. There are also 4 pulse-controlled training programmes, which provide you the choice of customised heart rate-controlled training and allow you to manage the intensity of your workout using the on-board pulse metre.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
There are hand pulse sensors integrated into the handles however the FX70 does offer functionality to connect a chest strap (sold separately).
